This team prides itself on its quick response rate, friendliness, and efficiency. Whether it's a simple question to a complex technical problem, no two days are the same and you never know what will come up next. They organize themselves to ensure there's always someone ready to respond and to maintain a supportive atmosphere. When they're not answering customer's questions, they can be found singing karaoke, running a Spartan Race, rowing down the Hudson River, or finding their inner peace with some yoga.
First and foremost, you’re a product expert and a problem solver; be it troubleshooting someone's connection issues or reproducing a bug they experienced/reported, you enjoy all the small and big wins that come with troubleshooting for our customers. You offer hands-on general customer support via Intercom and help improve our processes and product through various measures such as transmitting customer feedback, managing data migrations, setting up custom domains, SSO's, and so much more.
