Your team

Our Customer Success team currently is spread across our St. Gallen headquarters and our growing New York office. This international team is made up of a strategic and driven bunch who have a diverse skill set in design, agencies, project management and, of course, customer success. Together, they combine their skills to support our customers to bring their brand to the next level. When they’re not advising or guiding them on the latest feature, they will be outdoors - hiking, skiing, skateboarding or even sailing.
 

Your Mission

Your mission is to provide our customers with a world-class service experience around platform implementations. This includes styleguide or digital asset migrations, and the preparation of publication templates. As an Implementation Manager, you will help to shape our professional services and step-in to coordinate the projects directly with our customers, the product team, and the corresponding Customer Success teammates. In the first step, you will drive the launch and adoption of our latest product, the publisher, preparing existing digital & print templates to work smoothly with our product. If you pride yourself on being a multi-tasker, opportunity multiplier, and have a knack for pushing exciting product developments and services - then this could be the job for you.

  • You have experiences with design tools (esp. InDesign & Sketch), both digital and print 
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a tech-affinity to understand how things work best in an advanced and agile software environment

  • You have a flair for turning complex problems into concrete, tangible projects
  • You manage multiple simultaneous projects with ease
  • You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” and digging into something new
  • You are self-motivated, authentic, efficient, curious, and always honest
  • You take a high degree of ownership over your work
  • You’re proficient in English (C2)
